FREE SHIPPING

We provide free shipping for orders over $100 in Taiwan, $200 within Asia and $250 worldwide.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

Taiwan and Asia orders are shipped via SF Express. US orders are shipped via USPS, which takes 2-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options via UPS.
International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, and Fedex. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing on all orders. Our shipping might not require signature for delivery and the courier might leave the package in your mailbox or at your door, wherever mail and packages are typically delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after a carrier has made a successful delivery at your designated address.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout for both US and international orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may return items that are in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and in original
packaging (tag must still be attached), excluding underwear items, within 25 days of
receiving your order. Email us at info@lei-aw.com with your order number, details, and reason for return.
For orders within the Taiwan, a $2 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return processing. For returns of bulk orders, the full value of return shipping will be charged at our discretion. Once item(s) are received and inspected, your refund, net of any restocking fee, will be credited back to your original form of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow for 5-7 business days to be reflected on your statement. If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, a refund will not be issued and the items can be shipped back to you at your expense.
For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We are happy to assist you with an exchange. Please reach out to info@lei-aw.com and indicate your desired exchange item(s).

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed, and then up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes! LEI ships internationally to EU, Canada, Europe, Asia, South America, Australasia.
If you live in a country that is not listed and want to see LEI available there, please let us know at info@lei-aw.com.
We are pleased to share that all international orders are shipped delivery duties paid
(DDP). Customs, duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout for a seamless order delivery.
For international returns, you will cover the cost of returning the package to LEI. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
